• Oral and poster presentations

• Keynote lecture is 25 minutes of presentation and 5 minutes of questions (total 30 minutes).
• Oral presentation is 15 minutes of presentation and 3 minutes of questions (total 18 minutes).
• Poster size is A0: 841 mm (width) and 1189 mm (length).
• The time will be strictly enforced to permit movement between concurrent sessions. 
• Please bring your presentation on a USB drive and upload it to the computer prior to the start of the session.
• If a video clip is used for the presentation, please offer its use to the reception desk in advance as use of personal computers to present is strictly prohibited. 
• Material to mount your poster will be provided at the front desk.

• Student awards

There will be one award for an oral presentation and three awards for poster presentations.

• Dining

Lunches will be served at Dining room of College of Science.

Symposium dinner will be served at Dining Hall of the University of Tehran.

• Accommodation

The organizing committee is arranging accommodation at hotels near to venue with special rates. More information will be provided soon.
